A new fighter is selected daily at midnight UTC. The countdown timer at the top of the page shows exactly how much time remains until the next challenge. Each game mode (Male, Female, Mixed) gets a unique fighter every day!
Fighter statistics (age, record, rankings) are synced from public resources but may not always reflect real-time changes. Rankings typically update weekly (e.g. Tuesday for UFC), and fighter records update after official results are confirmed. If you notice outdated information, it will be corrected during the next automatic sync.
You have 8 attempts to guess the daily UFC fighter. Each guess provides color-coded hints to help you narrow down the correct answer. Use these clues strategically!
After each guess, you'll see color-coded feedback for different fighter attributes:
Yes! Each mode (Male, Female, Mixed) has its own daily challenge, so you can play up to 3 different puzzles per day. Your progress and statistics are tracked separately for each mode.
Yes! Your stats, guesses, and preferences are automatically saved in your browser's local storage. Your progress persists between sessions, but it's tied to your specific device and browser. If you clear your browser data, your statistics will be reset.
No! FighterGuesser works entirely in your browser without requiring any account, email address, or personal information. We respect your privacy - see our Privacy Policy for details.

Absolutely! After completing the daily challenge, click the "Share Results" button to copy your score to the clipboard. You can then paste it on social media to challenge your friends and compare results!
All active UFC fighters in our database can be selected as the daily challenge. We use a smart selection algorithm that:
Only active UFC fighters appear in the autocomplete search. Recently signed or retired fighters may not be available until our next database update.
